Google Calendar Sync

We have a CRM with calendar and we would like to interface with the Google calendar API. We want calendar events to be able to interface in both directions. When and event is modified in either system it needs to update the other. Our website utilizes vb.net and Microsoft SQL Server 2008. What we need to import from Gmail 1. Title 2. Time and Date 3.
