i need someone to design a website that is similar to skypz music centre v2.3x. the website needs all but a few of the functionalities that this music centre software has. i do not want the site to allow downloading to visitors only the ability to listen to music. I need a place for uploading for members only for those who wish to upload songs ( a max of three songs)and the ability to handle a payment by linking to paypal. i want the site to have music chart page, a place for viewers/vistors to comment and rate music they hear. two great sites that have these specific features are DJBooth.net and ourstage.comSkills required:
