Large Oscommerce mod needed, creating entire new front end.

Project Description:

Hello, let me start by saying this is a large job, requiring an fairly competent coder. Please do not bid if you cannot fulfil all the requirements.
I currently run an Oscommerce based shop with a few simples mods installed (SEO urls, vouchers, a postage mod, nothing much), and have recently made the move of buying a new premises / hiring staff.

What we need

We need someone to code an entire new area to the store. We want our employees to be able to log into this area, and from here they will have access to;
- Current and past orders
And nothing else.

We currently have our admin section slightly modified to show up the following information;

What we would also need here is a button to the right of each order with “Print” on it, clicking this button would send their name and address to our label printer (just a simple print function).

It would need to be quite simple to add / remove users from this group, as well as change their username / passwords.
Our current voucher system doesn’t work very well, so implementing a working system would also be required *note – this would not be available to the employees, only the admin*
Finally, we’d need a small ‘comment box’ somewhere for each order, the tracking number for that order would be put into here and on hitting ‘submit’, an email (with customisable text) would be sent to that customer with their tracking number.
There are 2 ways you can go about this, the first would be for us to give you our original basic template + our graphics for it and you can do this on a clean install.
From there you’d need to install a / our current SEO mod, as well as a / our current sitemap mod.
The other option would be for you to install this on our current install.
All in all we’d rather go for a clean install, over time the site’s picked up a few bugs that we’d quite like to get rid of now :).

Summery

- Able to easily make users who can only view the ‘orders’ section of the site
- This new section would be set out as in the attachment
- Button to the right of each order to print off shipping label (name, address)
- Voucher system implemented
- SEO url’s mod and sitemap mod reinstalled
And finally, if possible around a months worth of support. Chances are over the course of the few weeks following this upgrade, we’ll find small problems, minor details we’d like changed etc. These won’t be huge changes, just little things that we’d appreciate being fixed :)

Bidding

We will want to see some work before choosing the bidder, if you can’t show us a reasonable amount of projects you’ve done, i’m afraid we’re not going to take the risk.
Time will of course be of the esscence here, all the while the shop is down we’re loosing money :) That said, we do understand that something like this might take a little while. Under a week would be where we’re aiming.
I’ve set the bidding at £30-$250 for a good reason, if you’re interested in the project, then please PM me your real bid :)
Finally, we will not accept any bots, and we will only accept bidders with fluent English, it just makes everyone’s lives easier.
