Virtual Interactive Map of Only One State

Hi freelancers! Well I'm looking for somebody that can create a virtual map that will work!! I had hired people for other projects before that either left the project or never made the project work. I'm looking for something similar to this [login to view URL] I need this done in less that 2 weeks. If you think you can for sure do it please let me know! Do BS me. SPECS: I need to easily implement dots into the map. When somebody click on the dot on the map I needs to be able to show a picture or small video on the left. And a small story on the right. Pretty simple. I will gave you the graphics for the map. I need the map on a format so I will be able to implemented in my website easily. I'm on a short budget. But we can talk and come out with a good pay. If you dont think of making this please!! Don't bid!
