Yii Framework setup with some extra features

Yii Framework setup with some extra features I need Yii Framework based application setup for me with these features: - Quest view with its own template (couple sub-pages with text + login on every page) - User management for administrators (with some additional fields for users) - User access control (the application has a few versions with different features, so I need to be able to easily setup new access levels. The menu and pages are different for every user group, user groups should be able to have own templates if needed) - The login check should add users ip to banlist after 5 failed login attempts. - The login needs password recovery option where the user can write email and then system emails new password generation link for the user. - Nice URL's (like [login to view URL] etc.) So basicly I want an experienced PHP/MYSQL developer that is familiar with Yii Framework to do the preparation for me. I am looking for best practises with user access control and coding with Yii in general. The developer can use Lorem Ipsum as content.
