Intergrate memetracker function to drupal news site

We"ve got a news website in wich we're posting manually news and videos in different categories. We want you to integrate a module that automates news integration to the site from different external website sources per category by foing the following -automatically determines in which category each news/video item belongs -publish the news/video automatically in our site to the appropriate category The site news is in arabic and all external sources will be arabic sites to. There is a drupal module called memetracker, Wich was already built to do those things. The site is build in wordpress and must be converted to drupal first on order to complete the project. so the website already exists, and your job will not be building a site from scratch, it will be only integrating the automatc news import to the site and publishing each news to the specific category. Please dont bid if you have no idea of how to proceed to acheive the target.
