I have a programmer for the site I'm building. He is having difficulty with a particular item. We have posted on forums but have not gotten any valid responses. So, I am looking for a consultant to help. This is what my programmer wrote:
I'd like to implement a Facebook like control for auto loading of a paged content into a DIV with custom styled scrollbars. For custom scrollbars I use jScrollPane plugin, but can't figure out how to listen to an event when this scrollbar reaches its bottom to append additional html to this DIV.
I don't want someone that can learn this, I am looking for someone that has experience with it.

To further explain: we know how to auto expand the content using the scroll bar of the page. The problem is auto expanding content with scroll bars within the page. For example, see http://www.sunnypaw.com/meta/meta/meta/Dashboard/mailCenter/mail_center_2.html
Both those sections have scroll bars to auto expand different contents - this is where we are having trouble.
