I am looking for a programmer to develop a sports tournament management site that is comprehensive for many different team/individual sports.
The site should have the capability of allowing tournament hosts to create an online tournament in minutes. They should be able to add teams or entries with ease while controlling the type of bracketing.
Site will need to use, preferably a MySQL database. Each tournament site will need the ability to be assigned its own MySQL database with such information.
I need a turnkey program. I have various links for you to get familiar with and get ideas from. I want similar features and functionality of this software in a web base format for each template site.

I need a pretty accurate timeline and costs. Must deliver code 100% bug-free with available testing period of 30 days to test out all such features of the site.
