Related discussions module for CMS

We are using a CMS for a Q&A website and we need a plugin/module/script to enable 'related discussions' for this CMS. Example: If a user tries to ask a similar question to one that exists in the db already... rather than create a new question page for the question it should be matched against a query to determine if it's related to any existing questions... and if it is, put this new question in a section on the matched question page called "related discussions". Related discussions must be able to accept comments / replies. More details for this project will be given per request or directly to the winning bidder. This website also has a 'related answers' plugin that has a small bug - this will also need to be fixed by the developer. Deadline: 10 days since the worker received the dev. server credentials. If the job is not 100% completed to specifications you agree that there will not be a partial payment made for work done. We pay 100% for complete work and 0% for incomplete work.
