We have an e-commerce web site running osCMax (osCommerce Template) that we need to have a shipping module that will allow us to have selected items shipped for free to the USA (not International). There are several shipping contributions for osCommerce, but none has this flexibility. Maybe one could be modified with our current requirements.Also, we would like to offer 1/2 price shipping as an option to just USA customers (not available to our International customers).
Just to be clear- some items will ship at full shipping costs, and others we can ship for free or 1/2 off. Depending on the how the item is flagged.
