Convert complex MS ACCESS data form to WM 5 and 6

I have a preexisting complex MS ACCESS data form using 4 linked tables and lots of controls. I would like to convert it to a WM5 & 6 device form using Visual Studio 2005 and programming in Visual Basic. The reason I want it programmed using Visual Basic is that I want to reuse all of the VBA code in the existing form as much as possible. I am not a programmer myself, but I created all of the existing VBA code in the form myself and I want to be able to make small modifications to the code myself in the future.

I have already created the form pages in VS 2005 and bound the controls to the sdf database. I will need to have the data exported and imported as csv - comma delimited files. I know this will need the .NET compact framework as well as SQL compact edition. If you can work with these requirements and are interested, I will send you both the ACCESS form and the VS2005 project so you can give me an estimate.
