Photo Resizing, Display, and menu adjust

Project Description:
Hi,
I have built a website using Wordpress (theme is Sliding Door 1.5 by Wayne Connor). It is to promote my services as a makeup artist. I am having trouble with the display of my photos (I'm using Nextgen gallery right now). I don't think that I saved these photos properly when I first received them, and now they display very small (the size of a thumbnail). When I click on each photo, they open in a new window but at exactly the same size as before. I would like to have the photos re-saved in a larger size, so that visitors to the website can click on a thumbnail and see a larger image. I have attached one photo as an example (There are about 25 in total). I want the photos to display on the same page as my porfolio, not each photo in a new window. I also would like the thumbnail display to look nicer. Right now the galleries do not display the photos in a consistent way, and the album does not look professional.
Finally, when I go to my home page, the menu does not display in a consistent way. My home page has a menu/banner that displays 7 links to pages within my site. Each link is represented by a photo, and each photo moves when you hover your mouse over it. This looks great for the most part, but the right side of the menu seems to shake and move inconsistently to the rest of the menu. I would like to make sure that the menu moves in a consistent and smooth way.

Hi,
I re-sized picture and increase resolution. I think when you scan these pictures, you gave resolution too low. Please scan with high resolution and then you will send to me. I will correct these pictures. Please watch attached file. I am waiting for your reply.
Thanks
Sarowar

Hi there,
Thank you everyone for your messages and bids. From what I understand, I will not be able to enlarge these images and keep the quality. I only have the small images saved, and if I have to lose the quality then I would rather not do this project. I know that I would be unhappy with
the result. Thank you for explaining this to me!

Good afternoon. My name is Andrew and I run my own company - Snow Leopard Animation. I deal in 2D & 3D Animation, Digital Photo Editing, Manipulation & Enhancement, and building Websites. I have been in operation since 2003 and am located in Australia. It seems from your description, and
looking at your site, you will have to get the original photos to be able to re-create. I can resize your thumbnails, but as they are Jpeg, they will degrade enormously on re-sizing. If you want to see samples of my work, you can check it out at
[www][potts]dot[net]dot[au]/[andrew]/[photo%20gallery]dot[htm] All the thumbnails are linked to original, full-size images.

If the sample you posted is the expected source of the larger images... I don't care what anyone tells you, you will NOT be happy with the results. There's just too much data loss for these images to turn out well.
