Project Description:
We are looking for LEADS - live call transfer or set appointments for the following services: REFINANCE, LOAN MODIFICATION, DEBT CONSOLIDATION/ DEBT SETTLEMENT/DEBT MANAGEMENT.We will not provide any data. We will provide details on our products to the right people for marketing purposes.
We are a 7 man shop looking for 50+ leads a day. We will pay $150 per closed transaction on Modification leads. $200 per closed file for Refinance (minimum $150,000 loan balance) transactions. $100 PER closed (minimum $10,000 credit card debt) Debt consolidation lead.
All leads will be updated via email/excel on a weekly basis for status review. This is commission only - YOU provide the leads and my staff will CLOSE THEM!
All commission will be paid out within 24 business hours of our shop collecting funds.

Because of the extreme lead times and uncertainty in closing either LoanMods or Short Sales, you need to pay moneys up front as well. Back end is very lean, we are getting $300 for loan mods and $1500 for Short Sales. Let me know if you want more details. Also, for a fee, we can text mobile phones in any area of the country, replies hot transfer to your offices. This is NOT a CPA type of deal, you have to pay us up front to ring phones. So, if you wanted everyone in Henderson NV (suburb of Las Vegas) texted on their cellphones, we could do that. Cost is reasonable, compared to the potential results. We could do a trial for you at a reasonable price.
