Hello Arijit,
It seems to be a quick site database building exercise at a low cost and with a error-free unique articles posts. Definitely that can not be asked for in $1. If you really need unique articles that passes copyscape or Viper you have to raise the amount per 500 words.

Any article that needs to pass CopyScape and be unique and also be grammatically correct and be written in good English, cannot be charged at less than $6 per article. Those who claim to work at rates lower than this will definitely submit unsatisfactory work. Quality & consistency my friend, cost.
