Hi,We currently have the need to revamp the look of our web portal but we do not have access to the CGI scripts that are in place but we do have access to the API documents which describe the what URLs to hit, the parameters to POST, and what to retrieve.
So what we need here is that:
* Someone who can help us write a SECURE CGI wrapper (Perl) around those scripts and send GET/POST to those CGIs as well as to retrieve the data returned. Make sure you VALIDATE user inputs well.
* Redesign or create a new layout that makes it look different with the current default portal
* Organize the retrieve information from those CGIs and display them in a way that they can fit into the new layout, charts, graphs, and etc.
* Must be easy and possible for us to change the theme or look of the portal if we wish to in the future
We need this project to be completed fast, looking at around 2 months starting from June. We need SECURE coders who knows how to validate inputs properly. Good luck to bidders!

Thanks for replying me back. I am a PERL/CGI PHP, MySQL, Linux programmer having more than 5 years of experience in web development. Previously I have worked for some of the renound websites like www.123gretings.com , indiamart.com, nakuri.com etc. I have a very good hand in PERL/CGI, PHP, meson, mod_perl, Apache amd MySQL etc.

The first one is the finished one, the other two are currently going through redesign.
