Project Description:

Looking for a competent JavaScript programmer to design and supply the following component which will be a feature of an online booking form for a holiday park website.

The first field (a drop-down combo box) will allow the user to select the duration of stay. Options are:

Weekend (3 nights)
Midweek (4 nights)
Week (7 nights)
2 Weeks (14 nights)
3 Weeks (28 nights)

All of the above start and end on Fridays with the exception of the Midweek option which only runs from Monday to Friday during off-peak seasons only. The peak season months are April, July and August.

The second drop-down box should show months of the year. We would like this coded so that it lists the forthcoming 12 months in chronological order beginning with the current month.

The third drop-down box must show the dates of every Friday or Monday from the selected month.

If possible, we would also like a pop-up calendar which helps the user to select dates. Non-selectable dates should be greyed out. The closest example I can find to show exactly what we require can be found at www.centerparcs.co.uk (see the quick availability checker on the home page).

We need someone who can provide the JavaScript elements with easy-to-understand installation instructions so we can plug the code into the existing web page form. Your code should be well-commented in case we need to change a parameter.
