Project Description:

We are just about to wrap up a website design we are doing for a local apartment management company and need help with some programming.

1st Project - First thing we need done is to have a "Apartment Unit Availability" Utility created. It will be dynamically controlled from an admin section. There are four different apartment complexes that will have between 3-5 different units. Each of these apartment complexes will be displayed. Under each apartment complex will show all the unit information and how many are available at that time. If a particular style of unit is all taken then it won't be shown on the results page. A password protected admin section will give a web admin the ability to type in how many units are available at that time. 2nd Project - "Online Application" submission form. It will contain information on the tenant's past credit reports, references, etc... This form needs to be SSL encrypted (which I will purchase and provide for your installation. There will also be a .pdf form for a second option to give tenants a way to download, fill out and fax back. But the same information needs to be on the online submission form. The information that needs to be transferred in the submission form can be found in the attached .pdf form <Rental_app.pdf>

3rd Project - Simple Contact Us Submission Form

Project Stipulations:

- This site will be bi-lingual. So I will need each page created to be able to handle both Spanish and English. I will be able to get the translation of each word once the pages are up.

- The project will be considered finished once the client has given me the final approval on all the pages created by vendor. I will not transfer money early or give rating until the project is finished to MY CLIENT's approval. If this is a problem, please do not bid on this job. I suspect this project will wrap up within the next month.
