Joomla Component for Job Posting on Talent Agent Site

Project Description:
I need a custom Component developed that I can upload directly into a Joomla 1.5 website (www.gobeontv.com) That will allow Casting Directors and Producers to be able to post projects that they would like the site members to submit to. I want to set it up where the individual posting the project has their own login and can receive replies to this account even if it is internal to the component and separate from the main Joomla Login. Please take a look for a moment at www.sfcasting.com and see how they can post jobs there. The GoBeOnTV.com site is focused towards kids between the ages of 5 and 18 and will have their Parents Monitoring and controlling their individual profiles. I want this identical to http://www.exploretalent.com/ where the jobs are shown publicly on the component, but to get to them you must register. I also want the Job Postings to have submission deadline, project type, casting category, and roles selected by age. I will need this to be very functional and allow each of the members to be able to apply for each project posted (if they meet requirements) with just the click of a button. I also need this component to easily allow casting agents to be able to post projects for approval once they have been approved to have a "Casting Agent Posting Account".If this sounds like something that you can create in a single component that I can upload directly into a Joomla 1.5 site along with a few special modules such as latest jobs and such, then please let me know immediately. Would like to have this finished this next week.
