I am looking to have a script built for a webcam community website. I am going to be leading it into the adult industry with amateur performers paid for time. I have nothing in the works currently, I have no idea how much it would cost to complete.

What i am looking for is a site built kind of like www.cams.com

I would like login for myself as an admin area, a place for performers to login and broadcast their personal webcams, with options to stop people from viewing, go into private shows. I would like an area for costumers to be able to purchase credits to use for the webcam live shows. and so forth.

I just am looking for a ballpark at this time before i make my finally choices. Could someone please help me out in this area for cost and what I would fully need to have. thanks!

I am very familiar with PHP, and mySQL, so it wouldn't be hard for me to adapt and change things later to my liking.. I just want the basics as i could build my own website as well. I just need the guts.
