Requirements: Combination WEB Designer / content writer who truly understand internet marketing and on page SEO Strategies. need someone who can consistently deliver high-quality, SEO enhanced, keyword researched well-written web pages/content, benefits and description of our products for affiliate / resellers and product marketing. Design must be clean and powerful that is attention-grabbing and exciting, and graphically stunning. Please provide 2 concepts or examples of other CRE Loaded sites you have completed, not just a portfolio. We need to see that you have done CRE templates before and according to the CRE standards

I want to be able to replace a few terms like company name, location and owner specific elements and have the text and language make sense. A skilled marketing writer needed. SEO optimized and built for sales! (Utilization of good seo skills on page like anchor text, bookmarks, ALT Text for images, etc.)

Let me to emphasize this site needs to be designed for sales. Users need to be able to browse and purchase products quickly with as few clicks of mouse as possible. The designer not only needs to make the site look good, but design the entire site and all its elements with sales in mind, sensible, easy, quick and efficient.

Template will be designed on a demo domain. I need this designed using correct standard so I can install it easily on custom sites. In addition to the working files, include installation instructions such as find and replace like you find on most contributions. Include any sql files. I need to be able to install your templates!
