simple modification to existing xml driven flash as3 gallery

i bought a gallery flash component (fotoqueue) and it did not have a good explanation in customizing to my needs... and i am pressed for time.
this is a straighforward needs list:
1. When the gallery loads first, the information for first image should be visible.
2. I added the two extra dynamic text fields to pop up with the click of the image, but i still need it to do so when the forward/backward buttons are pressed.
3. the xml file comes with link attribute. I would like my "learn more" button to get the url data from the xml and update itself with the images changing.
4. i want the dynamic texts and "learn more" button to fade in each time the slide changes.
I hope that was easy explanation!
the source file is also located in the directory if you would like to give it a shot! Let me know as soon as possible. The project has a very short deadline, so the best bidder with quickest turnaround will win! if you want to simply show me a working swf file with my needs, that will be fine too (although i am not sure how you will without the fotoqueue component)...
