Hello we are looking to install a hosted pedictive dialer into our network and on our own servers.We have a mutlti national backbone in 10 major metros. We will be using sip, and double leg scenarios.
We need to have the same funtions on this dialer as the following dialing applications:
www.TouchStar.com
www.Five9.com
www.connectfirst.com
We are familiar with VICI, and currently have an installed versionon our servers, but are unhappy with performance and UI. All of our programs are written in .net 3.5, ajax, jquery - so if you have solutions written in these languages it will allow us support it.
IF YOU HAVE A MODIFIED VERY VERY IMPROVED HOSTED VERSION OF VICI-DIAL OR A BETTER DIALING APP, THEN PLEASE BID!
WE BELIEVE THAT JAVA BASED ASTERISK DIALING APPLICATIONS ARE TYPICALLY BETTER, AND WOULD PREFER THIS.

Our team has recently built a VOIP project using asterisk and trixbox. We can easily develop this software since we have already built a similar system for one of our clients.
1. Full support for soft-phones. I am open to suggestions.Our system supports soft phones.
2. It should also support VOIP gateways for outbound calls.
There is a freeware product called Trixbox that can be used to set outbound calls - or we can create an admin panel - whichever you prefer.
3. A basic CRM is also needed, where a log of calls can be maintained.
Will be built according to your design - just let us know how you want the report and we'll customize it to fit your needs.
4. The system should provide a way to schedule calls. The scheduled calls have to run against a IVR. I will provide the scripts. The data from the automated calls has to be saved in a MySQL database. I would prefer using voicexml for this, but I am open to any new suggestions.
The system that we have already built handles call scheduling. You may schedule one call or multiple calls. You receive a call report / response from our system for every call scheduled.
