Project Description:
We need an application that can run on Windows Mobile operating sytems.The Windows smartphone will be connected via a WI-FI connection to the internet.
Skype will run on the smartphone that will be doing the dialing based on the program you create for us.
We need suggestions on the most effective Windows mobile smartphone brand and model as well for this application. The most important consideration is that it must be able to connect via WI-FI.
Need an autodialer that does the following:
Calls a number based on phone numbers listed in an excel file
Calls the number a specified number of times based on an excel cell value
The program will drop the call automatically when there is an answer either by human or voice recording and move onto dialing the same number or a new number in the list.
