Project Description:
This is a tool used to test ETL application implementations of business and functional rules by comparing expected test cases to actual output. You can find the much more detailed requirements here:http://peakconsulting.eu/Testing_Harness.docx
The tool should be designed in a language so that it can run on Windows or *IX windowed environments (Java?). It will also require some knowledge of SQL. My guess is that the Eclipse framework would be ideal.

3.0,3.1,3.2,3.4 etc. i can definitly do this project within time period.
I have experience on Java/j2ee. JUNIT testing utility will be the best appropriate for this solution. Need more clarification to do proper structuring and estimation.
