We would like to build an Excel Macro to create HTML codes from spreadsheet.Example of source code

The input file would be an excel spreadsheet with 10-100 rows of data. The macro would be able to create html codes according to different parameters in the row. The output format will be in Excel spreadsheet format.

Your project seems to be decent and its coding should be trivial. I would, however, like to ask you a few questions:
(a) Would it be fair to assume that your excel sheet(s) are in the same directory where you would like to output the HTML files?
(b) If there are N rows, would you like to output N HTML files?
(c) Web pages should follow certain HTML coding standards. One is HTML 4.01 and the other is XHTML 1.0, among others. Do you have preference for a specific coding standard?
(d) Would you be able to provide a test excel sheet as the input and test HTML page that you would like as the output? I would be happy to provide you a quick demonstration
