Small Java Swing front end

Project Description:
I have a java application that I need to put a very simple front end to.Behind the app is an Oracle DB.
I want the front end app developed in java swing as a netbeans 6.1 & java 1.5 compatible project.
I will be integrating the front end into an existing project – therefore if it was all contained in one package which I could cut and paste, adding a minimal amount of code that would suit a lot.
I want the app to utilise a properties file hopefully to ease the integration of the new development piece into the existing application.
I expect for an experienced developer it will take longer to read the attached requirements than actually develop the screens and underlying functionality.

There was an error on the Project budget it should have been $30 - $250 -- also I will not be considering bids over $100 -- of an expert developer I don't this this is more that 2 - 3 evenings work!

Though I have not done any project using swing in last 2 year, but as fresh graduate I did a project using Java swing (JTree was also used in the project)for creating user interface of digital library of Indira Gandhi National Center For The Arts, (an autonomous body under ministry of culture, Govt of India). In that project also we created tree structure (as you described in attached document) and displayed report and other information through different mouse and key board events.
For the project though my bidding amount is $250 but I want $90 and I'll take 10 days to finish the work.
