Looking for Linux, Apache, etc install on blank server/suppo

Project Description:

I am getting a server from www.esecuredata.com, and the only thing they do is provide the install of the OS. This means that I will need someone to install PHP, Apache, MySQL, Webmin (Or any other free Cpanel/WHM alternative you recommend). This server will be for an online retail shop selling computer hardware and electronics.

I am thinking of going with the Gen 6 Junior Edition for $99/month, but I would like any advise if you have another preferred hosting company or if you think I will need more CPU power, RAM, Hard drive space, etc.

The last thing I would also like a monthly quote for 24/7/365 support in case of server issues.
