Project Description:

The Project requires creating a VB.net application to export data from MS SQL 2005 database to XML with Tally xml tags to be suitable for import in to Tally software

You need to create MS SQL database same as Tally data structure and create XML files

Out of several vouchers available in Tally only following two vouchers need to be exported

1. Sales
2. Purchase

Project will include export of Master Data such as Account, tax Heads, Customer Supplier as may be suitable for Sales and Purchase vouchers.

PAYMENT Terms

$100 Advance
$100 After testing application on Demo tally package on demo data
$150 After testing package at client side on Licensed tally and with production data.


Demo testing to be completed before 20th June 2009.
Production data testing to be completed July end 2009

If production data testing is delayed by reasons in our control we will pay full payment by August end

If testing or completion is delayed by reasons in control of service provider final payment will remain on hold.
