Project Description:

I need a tool that can manipulate CSV files.

Made as simple as possible, I will select a csv file, and the tool will then manipulate the file based on various settings. I will be able to define how many segments I want the tool to be split into, and also select a range for the size of the segments (the quantity of lines). The tool will create the outputs randomly from the selected CSV file, and also select a random number of lines from the range specified. So once the tool has been run, I should have an output of files, which will be of the quantity specified, and each file will have a random number of lines within the range specified. (Obviously the sum of the output files will be equal to the quantity of lines from the original CSV).

If any more explanation is required, please ask.
