Project Description:

First off, this application can be written in whatever language is the simplest to write and to execute.

I would like an application that searches though all of eBay’s categories, finds all auctions for .01, does not have any bids, and free shipping, to include all countries.

The program would then bid .01 for me using my eBay account.

There is no need for any kind of graphic display at all. I do not need pictures of the items, descriptions, etc.

It would be best to use the eBay search engine, gather the data by item number, then bid on it by that item number.

This must include all of eBay’s categories, even hidden ones like the Adult section you must log into to view.

When the program does bid I need a random time delay before the next bid. Anywhere from 30 seconds to a min.

Skills required:

C Programming, Perl, Python, Ruby & Ruby on Rails

I would not need any item numbers after I bid. I suggested that it might be easy to compile the item numbers and use that after it searched to bid.

I’m basically looking for a completely automated program that will once I click start or whatever, uses an eBay account info, gathers the required data, and then bids on the items in a random time. After each run I wouldn’t need the previous data, it could be purged each time as one I bid on that item it no longer fits into the required data it had the first time....

I hope all that makes sense......
