Project Description:

Looking to install a Multilevel Forum Script on my community web site. Looking for something similar to what you see below: It has at least (more better) two level of location selection (Continent>Nation>City...) and multilayer of topic discussions (like see below)

Listing of Primary Level Forums (North American, Europe, Asia...)
Listing of Secondary Level Forums (China, India, Japan....)
Listing of Third Level Forums (Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan...)

Forum Index (Sports Forum, Health Forum, Business Forum...)

I would need to be able setup approx 700 forums. Phpbb does not see to be able to go multilevel (Continent>Nation>City...). Would like one admin if possible to control all the forums
