Project Description:

I need a writer who can write 2 sets of 30 autoresponder sequence emails. One set will be based on the real estate investing niche. The second set will be based on real estate investing and using web 2.0 strategies to build buyer, seller and tenant lists.

You will need to have a good understanding of real estate investing and web 2.0 social networking. You need to have a strong command of the English language. After this project, I will need several related articles written per week, per niche. Please do not respond to this post unless you have experience writing about real estate investing and web 2.0 social networking. Also, please submit examples of related work that you have done related to both niches.
