Loan Modification Telemarketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Telemarketing Manager with a proven track record of successful outbound call center leadership.
Mortgage delinquencies and foreclosures are at an all time high. We are dedicated to helping families save their homes through attorney-based loan modifications.
We believe that everyone has a right to the American Dream of homeownership. We work to provide our clients with the ability to keep their home and increase their cash flow through lower monthly payments, lower interest rates, and lower mortgage balances.
The Telemarketing Manager is responsible for recruiting, supporting, and motivating a team of Telephone Outreach Representatives.

Position Details:
The Telemarketing Manager is responsible for recruiting and leading a team of remote Telephone Outreach Representatives. Your team will make calls to our list of potential loan modification clients. Our call center is virtual; your reps can work from any computer in the country with an internet connection.
The Telemarketing Manager reports to our branch office in Maplewood, MN, but works from a home office.
- You can recruit your reps from all 50 states.
- We do loan mods in all 50 states.
- You can work from anywhere you want to, we don’t make you come to our offices.
- We provide back-office support to handle the paperwork, tracking and reporting.
- We provide your team with administrative assistance for file processing.
- We provide your team with access to our web-based predictive dialing system.
- We provide your team with access to our calling list.
- We provide your team with live New Hire Training and Orientation.
- We provide your team with weekly live sales training seminars.
- We provide your team with 24/7 live tech support.
Earning Potential
If you assemble a team of 20 reps, and they each generate only 1 client per week, you will earn a minimum of $10,000 per month, or $120,000 per year.
The Challenge:
As an independent contractor, you are in charge of yourself. You will be working with no supervisor, no boss, no one to tell you to get off the couch and go to work. You must be able to motivate yourself as well as your team.
- This is an outbound cold-calling job so your team will get plenty of rejection.
- This is a sales job; your team will be asking clients to pay for our services.
- Your team is paid on commission only…if they can’t sell, they can’t earn.
- Your pay is commission only…if your team can’t sell you can’t earn.
- This is an independent contractor position so we don’t provide any insurance or other benefits.
- As an independent contractor, you are responsible for paying your own taxes.
- Our predictive dialer will only work on Windows PCs.
- Your reps must have high-speed internet and a USB headset to use our dialer.
