We are currently looking to hire some coders to join our team. This will be guaranteed work and paid weekly. I am looking to hire people who can speak English almost flawlessly and are very dedicated to completing jobs as fast as possible. (speaking french is definitely a bonus)

Skill Set: We are looking for Linux Apache MySQL and PHP (LAMP) coders who specialize in creating custom backend admin control panels and modules. I would like all coders who apply to be quick with css/html... converting psds'

Some things about our team:
-We have 2 expert coders who will be revising your work therefore I want to ensure you are good coders.
-We have 2 designers who will help you for any design fixes required
-We have 1 project manager which you will need to provide daily updates to and to check in with every 4-5 hours


We are looking for coders to begin at $200-350.00/week. As you grow with the team the salary will increase. Working hard and finishing before deadlines will also bring bonus'.

Examples:
-One of our current coders began at $200/week, within a month he receive $600 in bonuses. Second month increase salary to 300/week plus bonus. Fourth month salary increase to $400/week + purchase of iphone and cell plan.

Our company is looking for only dedicated members who want to grow into the company, we also give % away in some projects to our employees.
