Orders from Ebay into Magento

Project Description:

We are looking for some one who can develop a Ebay module for Magento.

What we need:
* Order placed on Ebay are automatically imported into Magento (Awaiting Payment, Awaiting Postage, Paid & Dispatched)
* Customer and order details are imported and added to Magento (all details)
* Communication with Paypal (Paid, not cleared if paid by eCheque). Paypal is only option what we accept for Ebay.
* Stock quantity don't have to be adjusted as we don't use this option in Magento.
* Installation of this module into Magento

Idea is that we can process all orders in one place and print out all Ebay invoices from Magento. When the order is processed the costumer will get a notification email (default by Magento). We have installed AdvancedInvoiceLayout for Magento.
* Status changing in Ebay:
Option 1 - we will change it manually when the order is processed
Option 2 - status changes automatically when order is processed
Best option - we can choose from admin area which option to use (1 or 2)

We don't have a clear picture how it all should be look in admin area. Any advice will be good and before we decide we like to know how it will be operated from admin.
