I am in need of a well-qualified person/team to post 50 ads 2 times a week in the "For Sale" section of craigslist. Only bidders with at least 10 reviews will be considered.

Breakdown is 2 ads, posted 25 times each, in 25 different US cities, twice a week. Total of 100 posts per week. I have the list of 25 cities. I also have 25 verified email accounts to use. I am searching for someone that can guarantee there will be no ghosting, or repost all ghosted ads at no extra charge. You MUST use change proxies every 2 ads. Last team I used never changed proxies and I had several email accounts banned.

I will require 2 days of NON-PAID ads to be posted before I accept your terms. If all ads remain active, then you will be promptly paid for those ads posted, and the campaign will begin immediately following. You will then be paid half the week upfront, and half the week after completing that week's posting. I will not pay through escrow. Only PayPal.

You will be posting picture based ads. You MUST be willing to change picture post link. I will not accept you uploading the picture ad to imageshack just once, and then using the same link every post. Unless, however, you can guarantee it will not be ghosted. I will not pay for ghosted ads.

Campaign to last at least one month, but could easily roll over into several more months should your services meet my requirements.

DO NOT BID IF:

You have no experience posting CL ads.
You have never been reviewed.
You are not capable of changing proxy every 2 ads.
You are not comfortable with MY paying schedule. (Half a week's pay upfront, half a week's pay once the week is completed.)
You're "per post" rate is higher than $.35.

I have used quite a few craigslist posting services. I have paid as little as $.15/post, and as high as $.35/post. Both were fantastic services. All bids under $100/month will be considered first. There will be a guarantee of 1-month's work. This is a very easy campaign. 100 posts a week. 400 posts for the month.
