Project Description:

I am looking for people that can generate at least 1,000 US leads per month the more the better. Leads are for a free to sign up program that must submit their information (name, email, address, birthday), then confirm on a confirmation link sent to their email. Leads must be real and you must tell me how you intend to sign people up (existing website, blog, email, etc). If I accept your bid you will be provided a link and asked for 100 leads as a test. These leads will be tested and verified and you will be paid according to your bid. You can NOT advertise on social networking sites like myspace and facebook.

For example, if you bid $100 for 1,000 you are bidding 10 cents/signup, so I will send you $10 via paypal for your first 100. Then I will pay you $100 for every 1,000 leads you generate.

If you want to bid more than that you are free to do so, but please justify why your leads are better than everyone else. I am looking for a long term relationship with at least 10 bidders at a minimum of 1,000 leads/month after the test phase is complete.

I want to hire someone who knows what they are doing.
You can do some blackhat techniques but we cannot get banned.
If you choose to use BH techniques then you must let me know what you are going to do. GH is okay.
