Project Description:

We are looking for a few good PHP/MYSQL programmers to assist us in developing a website / administration portal for an Islamic College in Sydney Australia.

As the college is a charity and do not make any profit, we have agreed to do the work for them without charging them and subsequently are unable to pay anyone who assists us wit the site.

This is a great opportunity for you to add a great project to your portfolio! Else if you are a University Student studying IT, you could use this project as your "real world experience" for your course.

Brief Description:

The project consists of two parts, the student portal and the administration page.

Student Portal:
This is where the students will log into to download course information and documents / audio. They will be able to do online tests which consist of all types of questions such as multiple choice, short and long answers. The students will be able to enroll themselves into additional classes and make payments for fee's for non volunteer staff.

Administration Area:
This is where the volunteer staff at the center will be able to log in and upload course material and also create and mark exams. Admins will also need to be able to manage courses and classes and approve student enrollment.

The entire project will take approximately 3 months to complete but if you have any time at all to help, it would be greatly appreciated.

The project will be managed through our Collabiration platform so you ill ALWAYS be kept in the loop.
