Hello, I'm looking for quotes to update or redesign an existing database.Company Profile: Full Service Real Estate Company, Apartment Locator and Property Management
Our current database is used to track and search all of the apartments/rental properties that we work with (around 200), manage our customers, generate invoices, many reporting features. We are looking to beef this up a bit, all for more reports, more search options of the rental properties...it would also be cool to be able to syndicate our properties to other websites for marketing purposes. Want to add a transaction management database for our Realtors to use. Also want to add a database to replace a property management software that we currently use.
