I do not exactly have a medical background, unless you count having a family with a lot of medical issues and an obsession with understanding everything that's going on. I can do fast and efficient research online and also have an extensive medical library to pull information from.
I spend a lot of time online answering medical questions on forums just for the fun of it, because if I don't already know about something I am more than happy to look it up. I love learning about medical issues. If this is for something like a blog, where people can respond to the articles, I would be more than happy to stick around and answer people's questions.
As for my medical copywriting skills - I can't seem to find any examples right now. I've been writing in every day speach lately to make the people I've been writing to understand better. However, I have always been able to mould my writing to any form I need to. If you need an example, I would be happy to write one up on a topic of your choice.
I know I may not sound like the most qualified person, but it is my experience that you will get better results from someone who is excited about the job. If you do not like my writing, then you won't have to pay me - just let me know that within the first few articles so that neither of us has to waste time.
I generally charge around $1 for 250 words. Prices are always negotiable, though. less
