* auto updating front page in a magazine style layout showing the latest articles/new fromt he different categories on my site
*Must look professional
*Have a matching themed classified script
*unique cartoon images for site see http://www.preloved.co.uk/fuseaction-channel.default/sec-Home+and+Family/cat-Pets+and+Livestock/87a6dc47.html of an example of what i mean by cartoon images. These images must be created specifically for my site and after created i own the rights to them so they cannot be used elsewhere
*create the logo for site
*must be professional and very well made so experts only !
*will discuss the pages i want with bidders (you only create page you do not need to put any information on there)
*Must have a section where readers can submit articles
*Must be seo friendly etc so i can customize meta tags etc
