Project Description:

I need someone to help organically grow a politically-themes forum. The person who wins this bid should be interested in American politics.

I will pay $1 per new user who posts atleast once on the message board
These need to be real users, I will be following referrers and sending private messages to a random sampling of new users to ensure they were not coorced, paid or tricked into coming to the site

Acceptable ways of pulling traffic:
- I have a twitter presence already, but feel free to use any other social media tool
- SEO, Press Releases, Articles, etc
- Posting on other similar message boards (NO stealing users, but using the forum in your sig is acceptible)... and yes I know about stuff like Xruner... don't think about it.
- Telemarketing
