Project Description:

I require 10 pr4 or higher links (from the linking page, not pr4 of the homepage from which the site comes). More opportunities may arise for the right provider. I need them to be quality, relevant links from relevant sites, somehow related to walking equipment, arthritis, MS or other medical sites. I Have very strict rules to follow, please see below. To avoid botposting and spam, please include "ireadthismeassage" in your bid. Maximum budget is $30 USD.

Here are my requirements, I will be checking each element. Please PM me for more details.
• All links must be from different ip addresses - I will check all links
• Must be a do-follow link, no rel=nofollow tags allowed, not in robots.txt. not on page, not in the css, nowhere. must be a do-follow
• Not more thn 20 links on page and should be Real websites not like spammy or other chat links.
• Link page should be a .com, or .org
• Link page should be from us english language sites
• Link pages must be permanent, not dynamic, only static html links will be accepted
• Link should include one of the the target keywords (I will supply after bid is chosen).
• Links must be manually submitted
• Links should be relevant to walking equipment (or the need for walking equipment)
• Location of link must have a minimum google page rank of 4
• No links from websites with nefarious content (no sex, drugs, scandal, tabloid etc).
• No links from classifieds, link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, directories, article submit, ffa, etc.
• No links from framed pages
• No links from link exchange programs
• No links from sites that require payment/ ongoing payments
• No links that include a rel=nofollow tag
• No links through a javascript, redirect scripts or other automated or black/grey hat techniques
• No more than 3 outbound links per page
• One link per domain.
• One way links only (no reciprocal links will be accepted)
• Robots.txt must not nofollow.
• We will not include any link in the final payment if it does not meet these standards.

These links need to be permanent, or at least alive for 365 days.
