I need to develop clone software from 'Replay music' (http://www.applian.com/replay-music/)

Below are the main features:

# Schedule and Record Radio Shows and Stations: shoutcast,skyfm, live365, napster,pandora,etc.
# Split and tag audio recording into individual tracks i.e. base on stream title, artist, album
# Find live internet Radio stations & Podcasts
# Add favorite stations with ease
# Record XM™ and Sirius™ radio feeds
# Simultaneously Record Multiple Shows and Stations
# Audio format converter
# Built-in CD's /DVD's burner
# Free Trial + Full

The software must be compatible with windows XP and Vista.

Additional requirement:
Please refer to radio2mp3 (http://radio2mp3.com) which able to recognize the song title/artist from feed, and automatically split it as individual tracks.
So the software is combination of Replay Music and Radio2Mp3 feature.
