I am a programmer, but not really a javascript programmer, so there is no implemenation needed.
It should be very simple for someone highly proficient with YUI inheritance, and extending YUI base classes.

This project requires good understanding of Object Oriented Code, and I need nothing else but the end class in a .js file.

The class will only need to follow the process in the flowchart, and look like the example images,
The class usage would be something like this:

var testOjbect = new YAHOO.newOjbectName({
div: destinationDiv,
id: 5
})
