Homepage Creation for New Website

Hello Everobody,
I need a new homepage design for a new website. I am building a new BitCoin exchange and only require the backbone of the homepage (The design) to be built.
By this I mean that you do not have to build the actual login script, just the form, the buttons do not have to go anywhere, they just have to be there. I can take care of the rest.

You MUST speak very very very good english, I do not want to waste time on this with a language barrier. I will also need a company logo designed which I can provide you preliminary photos and information for. Please bid and message me with your portfolio.
This is for the Homepage of the website only. If you do very good work I will use you for the creation of the rest of the website.
Please also keep in mind that this website SHOULD NOT be built off of any templates. I need it to be perfectly suitable for SEO, so NO TEMPLATES
