1. Need an experienced business plan writer to do research of the target markets in the US and write an effective business plan for a healthcare business. Details will be provided to providers with credible experience.2. Legal/Company Law support in setting up a partnership within an LLC, where one partner has created the company and the other is an investment partner, who could also be active. How to value company so far and split it so that equitable shares can be provided to investing partners at the same time protect the original investor from losing control of the company.
