READ BEFORE BIDDING!
I sell script and the script that you are going to develop is for sale purpose. Understand that the script will belong to me and that you cannot distribute nor sell it.

I need this to be done very fast and bug free. Notice that I already have some of the scripts that can be used as plug-ins and they just need to be converted into plug-ins. The scripts that I already have are:
Contact Form
RSVP
Appointment
Expenses and Incomes
Job posting (it is been developed)

So you just need to convert them into plug-ins. You need to first create the Business Portal or CMS then convert the scripts above into plug-ins then create the plug-ins below:
FAQ
Customer Database
Company News
Calendar of Events
Forums

The CMS should only have one admin panel with many functions to administer the plug-ins and other settings. The administrator can create users and staff. Staffs are like employees that have almost the same functions as the administrator. The administrator can change the language and theme of the portal. The administrator can add or remove plugins. The plugins already developed will have the same features they already have.
All plug-ins need to be easy to install and remove. Most scripts are already developed or underdevelopment, and they only need to be modified and converted into plu-ins.
The start of the directory or main frame will only have a default theme, create pages, language folder, and ready to install plug-ins in the plug-in folder. I will sell the plug-ins separate.
APOINTMENT PLUG-INS
The appointment section of the CMS should have the same features as the appointment script that I currently have. Users have to register in order to manage their appointments and schedule appointment, just like the actual script I have.

CONTACT FORM
The contact form script should have the same features as the actual contact form script that I have. It just needs to be converted into a plug-in.

RSVP
The script should have the same features as the rsvp script already in my website.

FAQ
You must develop a FAQ script similar to the one at http://rapidshare.com/faq.html where administrator can add, remove, and edit the questions and answers.

CUSTOMER DATABASE
The customer database script or plug-in needs to be develop. The database will have a list of customers for the company. The database will hold the following information:
First Name
Last Name
Address
City
State
Country
Telephone
Cell Phone
Fax
Email
Note (Admin can add notes or remarks). The customer database also need a search box in order to find customers by last name, first name, city, state, phone, email, or country.

COMPANY NEWS
The news section is where the company can post news and updates. This script needs to be developed. The new section should support HTML and plain text or WYSIWYG form.

INCOME AND EXPENSES
The script is already developed and been used at one of my website. It just need to be converted into a plugin.

JOB POSTING
This career section of job posting is been developed and is just need to be modified as a plugin. Users need to register to apply for jobs. Just like the actual script.

CALENDAR OF EVENTS
This plug-in will shows the different events sponsor by the company. The event list can look like the one here http://bgbg.org/Default.aspx?pageId=60068 where participant can register for the vents if registration is required.

DISCUSSION FORUMS
This plug-in is a simple discussion board where information can be posted and discussed by several participants. A discussion board like the one here http://bgbg.org/Default.aspx?pageId=60070 or here http://kwib.org/Default.aspx?pageId=114556 Both websites are using Wild Apricot Member Management System which also permit them to create pages.

THEMES
The design of the portal can be changed by uploading new themes. The administrator can change the themes from the control panel. You must create a read me file that explains how to modify and how to create new themes.

CREATE PAGE
This part of the script permits the administrator creating a new page easily. The page, of course, must have the same design of the theme or template installed.

LANGUAGE
The administrator can upload new languages in the language folder in order to translate the template or theme to the language chosen. The administrator can change the language from admin control panel by choosing the name of the language from the drop down menu.

The winner will have access to my website and all the scripts after the Business Portal had been develop. Good communication is very important to me. You must send me updates of the project at least every other day.

Technologies to use are: MySQL, PHP 5+, AJAX, Apache, etc. No php injections please. The scripts must be very secured and bugs free. I will NOT pay at front, the script must be first developed before payment. See my rating.

I will choose a winner very soon. Maybe in the next 2 or 3 days. Remember, communication is very important to me.

What you bid is what you will get. You cannot raise your bid after chosen as winner. Remember that the script you create is for sale and will belong to me, so you cannot redistribute it and cannot sell it.
