Hi...I'm having trouble with a Wordpress ipassion tell-a-friend plugin.

This is the error message I after get after submitting the tell-a-friend form:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home1/evokcom/public_html/evokpreview/wp-content/themes/LaRue2/header.php:2) in /home1/evokcom/public_html/evokpreview/wp-content/plugins/ipassion-tell-a-friend.php on line 214.

I think the problem is with the php plugin code, but I need a professional to take a look and get the script working on my word press site. I'm running out of time for this project.
