  Totally agree with Provider dhpd22. No Escrow, No Work!
  
  He is asking to Extract 500,000 e-mails from 50,000 websites, without any escrow, deliver him the 500,000 e-mails, and wait 3 days HOPING that this Buyer is 'honest' enough to pay for this? When he already have the 500,000 e-mail addresses? No Way! And to quote THIS SAME BUYER: "How can I release the data without escrow? So the judgement is yours." Directly from SouthIndian's keyboard...
  
  Providers should be more strict with this! Even GAF SUGGEST in plenty multiple occasions to always request an Escrow Payment BEFORE starting the work. This is because if you then have a problem with the Buyer, if there is no Escrow placed, there is nothing GAF could do. And they easily clean off their hands off the matter.

  Please have a look on this guys feedback profile and check the second feedback which is as follows:-
  
  Incomplete Report: Ram did not live up to his end of the bargain. After a week, I was still getting excuses. The last thing he told me was that he had been in the hospital and he'd get the project completed within 24 hours. That was on 06/28/09. I haven't heard from him since. Be warned and don't let all of these positive reviews fool you.
  
  » SouthIndian's reply: LoL. Check this buyer's feedback page. So far he has posted several projects and none of them completed by the providers. And he don't have a single feedback. Because he didnt make escrow payment. Data is ready with me already long back. But he didnt pay escrow. How can I release the data without escrow? So the judgement is yours.
  
  Now just think that if this buyer (SouthIndian) can't work without escrow then how he can invite bids without offering escrow?
  
  I have placed a bid here and when I tried him to explain the situation he became very rude. I didn't expected that. Anyways I just want to give all of you a message to not to work without escrow with anyone.
